If you do close your eyes and decide to go back to past lives, you do so at your own risk. Don't get mad at me if you don't like what you find in your own historical past life memories! We all are probably carrying traumatic memories of unpleasant experiences and deaths. This recording with my techniques of opening the subconscious mind may reveal some of your own uncomfortable memories. It is up to you to do what you may with them. However, some people with a knowledge of past life therapy can get great benefit from this Past Life Regression process.
